Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Flippie is operated by Greenstead Co., Ltd., a company registered in Thailand. Throughout these terms "we", "us", "our", and "Flippie" all refer to Greenstead Co., Ltd. "You" means the customer using the service.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By placing an order on flippie.co, uploading content, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian if you are between 13 and 18. We do not knowingly accept orders from children under 13.

3. The service

Flippie produces 100-page printed flipbooks from short videos. The service includes:

• Web-based upload of a video file
• Automated extraction of 99 frames + a custom message page (page 1)
• Printing on a portrait page size of 57×100mm
• Binding with a metal clip (default), gold ring, or silver ring
• Domestic shipping in Thailand

We may improve, change, or temporarily pause the service. We'll do our best to give notice when we plan changes that affect existing orders.

4. Orders, prices and payment

Prices are shown in Thai Baht (THB) on the order page and include any applicable taxes. Current pricing:

• Per book: ฿299–฿449 depending on paper weight and clip type
• Paper weight: 120gsm (standard) or 180gsm premium (+฿50)
• Binder clip: Black (standard), Gold wire (+฿50), or Premium silver (+฿100)
• Shipping (Thailand): ฿50 flat for 1–2 books · FREE for 3+ books
• Bulk discount: 10% off at 4+ books · 20% off at 10+ books · custom quote for 100+

Payment is taken by PromptPay QR or Thai bank transfer at the time of order. After paying, you upload your payment slip via the order form (or email it to us). Your order is confirmed once we have verified the slip — usually within a few hours.

If we cannot verify a slip, we'll contact you. If we cannot resolve it, we may cancel the order without further charge.

5. Shipping

We ship across Thailand using Flash Express, Kerry, or DHL eCommerce, at our discretion. Standard delivery time is 2–3 business days from dispatch. Total order-to-doorstep is typically 3–5 business days.

You are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses provided by you.

Risk of loss passes to you when the courier marks the parcel as delivered.

6. Cancellations and refunds

We want you to be happy with your flipbook. Our refund and cancellation policy:

• Cancellation before printing: Full refund available if you contact us within 2 hours of payment confirmation, or any time before printing has begun. Email flippie.orders@gmail.com with your order reference.
• After printing has started: No refunds. Each flipbook is custom-made for you and cannot be resold.
• Defective product on arrival: If your flipbook arrives damaged or with a printing defect, contact us within 7 days with clear photo evidence. We'll send a free replacement.
• Non-defective returns: We don't accept returns for change of mind, since each item is custom-made. If we exceptionally agree to a return, you pay return shipping.

Refunds are paid back to the original PromptPay account or bank account within 7 business days of approval.

7. Your content and licence

You keep full ownership of any video, photo, message, or other content you upload ("Your Content"). By uploading, you grant Flippie a limited, non-exclusive licence to:

• Process Your Content (extract frames, lay out the print PDF)
• Print Your Content as your flipbook
• Store Your Content for the duration needed to fulfil your order, plus our retention period (see Privacy Policy)

We do not use Your Content for marketing or share it with anyone outside our service providers (Google Drive, our printers) without your explicit consent.

You confirm and warrant that:

• You own Your Content, or have the rights and permissions needed to print it
• Your Content does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights
• People who appear in Your Content have given consent for it to be used this way

8. Prohibited content

You may not upload or order flipbooks containing:

• Sexual or pornographic content involving any person
• Any sexual content involving minors (this is illegal under Thai law and will be reported)
• Graphic violence, gore, or torture
• Content promoting or facilitating illegal activity
• Hate speech, harassment, or material targeting protected groups
• Copyrighted material that is not yours and that you don't have permission to print (movies, TV shows, music videos, professional photography, etc.)
• Content that lese majeste under Thai law

If we identify prohibited content, we may cancel the order, withhold refund, and report serious violations to Thai authorities.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We do our best to deliver high-quality flipbooks but we make no guarantees about exact colour reproduction, paper feel, or other subjective aspects of physical printing.

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, or reputational harm.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the new terms.

For material changes (anything that significantly reduces your rights), we'll try to notify customers with active orders by email.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
